Make sure you include food items that are rich in proteins and different vitamins, i.e., garlic, leafy vegetables, dry fruits, fruits like banana, pomegranate, orange, etc. It is best advised to start dietary supplements after consulting your parents’ doctor. However, given the current scenario, vitamin supplements and iron tablets are highly recommended if the doctor agrees.
