During times like the ongoing pandemic, we continue to make sure that seniors are healthy and stress-free. We ensure the safety of the seniors is not compromised at any given point, which is why we have taken various steps to keep them healthy and safe. Here is how we have been taking care of the seniors at Primus Senior Living.

1. Vaccination Drive: COVID-19 has affected people across all age groups, but the elderly are more vulnerable. Given their underlying medical conditions like cardiovascular diseases, diabetes or chronic respiratory diseases, the seniors are more likely to get affected. To avoid the seniors from getting exposed to the virus, we conducted an in-house vaccination drive. Qualified and experienced medical staff were on board to help us get all the seniors vaccinated. We also ensured all the seniors were completely fine and faced no medical issues post-vaccination.
2. Regular Temperature Checks: We also check the temperature of all our staff at regular intervals throughout the day to ensure the maximum safety of our seniors. From our kitchen staff to the housekeeping and the security, everyone’s temperature is recorded from time to time.
3. Hygiene: A clean place is a safe place, and that’s why we made it a point to have the housekeeping staff come in on alternate days. To ensure the guaranteed safety of the seniors, we have a pickup van arranged for the housekeeping staff. We have also installed a sink at the main gate, so as soon as the staff enters the premises, they can wash their hands before entering the building. The staff follows safety measures that include wearing gloves and face masks 24/7 on the premises.
4. Concierge Services: The seniors at Primus Senior Living don’t have to step out of the premises at all. The concierge service team takes care of all their needs. Everything is bought and delivered to their doorstep. From grocery shopping to other essential items, the team ensures the seniors have everything they need to have a pleasant day. 
5. Proper Sanitization: We have made sure to leave no stone unturned. We ensure that every nook of the property is safe for the seniors, that’s why we regularly sanitize our properties. Starting from the groceries and other essential items that come into the premises, everything is sanitized at the main gate before being delivered to the seniors or taken into the kitchen. The vegetables and vessels are thoroughly washed before cooking as well. Common areas such as the dining area, lifts and gyms are sanitized too to keep the seniors safe.
6. Social Distancing in Common Areas: At Primus Senior Living, we take care of the seniors mental and physical health. We don’t want them to be cooped up in their homes, feeling low. We encourage them to step out of their homes to have their meals in the dining area or workout in the gym, but maintaining a social distance is a must. In the dining area, only two seniors are allowed to sit and have their meals at a table.
